Food Triggers for Migraines?

Does anyone have specific food triggers for migraines? I’ve had them consistently for about 7 years but I’m only now finding that certain foods send me over the deep end.

Salt, chocolate, cheese, yogurt, yeast products (like bread), tomatoes, and certain fruit (oranges are one) seem to trigger me

Eggs and cheese do it for me. Unsure if you're looking for advice but I was able to figure it out by keeping a meal tracker for about a month!

For me it's strong coffee (espresso), possibly gluten (tests are going to be taken soon to confirm), sugar, and sometimes chocolate. Those are the only ones I can think of right now.

strong coffee and citrus fruits, especially mixed with alcohol (i learned that the hard way haha)

Artificial colors, Taco Bell, craving ice cream and eating it (that’s also normally a pre-period thing too so maybe it’s a combination). I track my migraines on an app after they happen, and I track the possible triggers as well!

I can't find my trigger I live in Utah and their quality is horrible so maybe that's it I can have three to four migraines a week
