Bright lights both inside and outside, I hate summer too, Movies at the movie theater, too bright and loud. And noises that just hit a wrong note. Especially high pitched Foods that smell weird. When I have migraine the smell of cooked fish and baked potatoes will make me 🤢🤮. Touch, anything that touches my head or neck or body. I also have lupus ELS and fibromyalgia.
