First SI Joint Injection - Need Advice!

I get these about every 6 months. For the first day I am resting and applying ice first, then heat. I do 10 minutes of cold and 20 of heat for about 2-3 hours. I set myself up on the couch in a comfy position and try to think about anything else. During the second and third day after I am moving a bit more, trying to stretch, and doing the ice/hot again. It seems to help me a lot
