Dealing with Chronic Buttock and Leg Pain

I have had severe buttock and leg pain for over a year now. They've said it was sciatica, si joint dysfunction, maybe piriformis syndrome. I've had si joint injections, but nothing seems to help. I can't drive or even walk much at all without it starting and it's put me out of work. Has anyone dealt with anything similar?

From what my doc said, if they give you injections for SI joint dysfunction and you get no relief, it possibly rules that out as the cause of your pain
