Finding Positivity in My Wheelchair

Trying to find positivity in my wheelchair is hard, but having to use it all day today and realising where without it I wld not have been able to get out of bed now I can be nearly able to do everything is great!

      @lemonzest249 yeah it's so expensive even for renting in Canada it's like $96. I don't have the ability to pay that much.

      I am glad that you see the positives in being in a wheelchair. Sometimes I have used a wheelchair that you could borrow from a location that has them. It's really helped with mobility when I was having trouble with my ankle being really really swollen so I was told to stay off it as much as I could and unfortunately it was quite the walk to get to the wheelchairs for one of the locations. Wheelchairs that you pay for by yourself though are very expensive. I also have nerve and joint damage.

        @Ash.G buying yourself one is so expensive right! Saving up right now for my own - we have rented one temporarily from a service near us that does. It was 45€ for a week which was a good starting point as me and the other half are out and about all this week so has stopped me being completely missing in action thankfully. They are amazing tools I just wish they were easier to access for day-to-day use
