I use a cane. Small things for when you’re home like shower stools and leg elevators help a ton too!

I have a wheelchair- needed it often. I don't need it near as often now. I get the most use out of "Betsy" my walker with a seat. I have a cane that folds into a seat that used to be helpful for shopping trips. Most helpful overall though has been the walker. This has changed with my activity levels too. PT can work wonders! Don't be afraid of aids, it's just an aid. And if it helps you live your life use it!

I use a variety of things! I keep everything in place with braces and I have a wide foot cane and a rollator which is like a walker and a transport wheelchair

Wheelchair, forearm crutches, cane. I love and use all of these mobility aids. My chair is used so I am trying to get a new one that fits me. (I have had this one for a year now)
