So because I just turned 18, since I’m legally an adult I can not stay with any of the doctors and therapists I had since they only treat children. I have to find completely new doctors, a new therapist and psychiatrist, a new dermatologist, so much. It’s so frustrating. Today I’m starting with therapy and I’m speaking to a therapist on the phone for 15 minutes, I’m kinda nervous but then I remember I’ve done the introduction therapy process about 10 times and I kind of know it by heart lol.
