It really depends on the symptoms and if they're things you can control (e.g required exercise, medication, therapies, etc) or if it's something you can't plan around like chronic pain or just bad brain days. For me personally with DID, me and the other leading alter of the system will help come up with times or days certain alters can be out, activities around that, events, all that jazz. Nothing overwhelming usually, but simple things, like going to the park for a walk in the morning, or who will go to the collective job on what days, who wants to do what chores. Overall, planning is a major part of time management with everything, as well as knowing/evaluating what you can and can't sacrifice of your time. Another thing I do is I have a whiteboard in the main room of my house that I've drawn a calendar on just to keep track of everything so I don't miss anything or forget important dates. It can really help in staying organized in times when you feel everything but organized. +Just setting aside like even just 30 minutes or an hour of time each day to focus solely on self-care can do wonders
