I'm still trying to figure that out, I'm struggling a lot - but I found that it's really important to do what's in my power to include things in my life that bring some joy. When I don't have that, and things get too repetitive, my mental health takes a beating because then it's just constant physical pain and no pleasure. I have my limits, I deal with a lot of pain so I unfortunately can't do many of the things I used to love doing.. but I do what I can and also try to find things that aren't going to aggravate my symptoms. So I do things like read and watch movies because I often need to rest my hands, and when I'm able maybe play some video games, cook, bake, draw, visit a friend

It can be hard for sure! I try to make some time during the day to meditate and de-stress, possibly pop on some relaxing music. It really helps me stay on top of my mental health, even when my physical health is poor. 😊
