I have found that Lyrica (pregabalin) helps ease my Fibromyalgia symptoms. I take 75mg twice a day

I have all three as well as others and I was in gabapentin for many years and my pain mgmt doctor has now started me in Lyrica and it's made a huge improvement in my pain levels. I'm still titrating up, but I'm not in the amount of pain I've been in every single winter previously. How much gabapentin do you take a day?
