Need advice for managing fibromyalgia pain

Hi I am new in the app with fibromyalgia for more than 15 years. My symptoms are getting worse and I need painkillers all the time. Any suggestions? I tried pain clinics several times but they just tries medications.

I'm a big fan of Lyrica and Tylenol Arthritis! It works for me!

Thank you. I tried Lyrica for two years. It was good for a while but then stopped working. For me the only thing that works good is Advil tylenol too. But I heard it might not be good for everyday use. So I just use it every few days.
