How high is your fever? Perhaps an urgent care like CareNow? Less expensive then an ER

If you’ve taken ibuprofen and a cool bath and it still 102 or higher perhaps you should go to An urgent care if they have them where you are located. If not you may want to start thinking about it if it gets any higher than 102
