First Time at Urgent Care for Migraine

yesterday I had to go to urgent care for the first time because of my migraine. it was horrifying not being able to hold down any fluids or food. I've never had to do that before and hope I never have to again. Have any of you ever had to go to urgent care or the ER?

Can you help? connect today

I had a period of time where I was going to the ER multiple times in a row for my migraines. This would lead to me getting admitted to receive DHE. Luckily I haven’t had that happen in a couple years. I hope you’re feeling better!

I've been before, they did not help me unfortunately. I wasn't nauseous tho, and they gave me promethazine, so I see where it could help in a situation like that!

I go to urgent care when mine last a couple days. Totally worth it to get that Toradol shot and relief finally:) also it's only a $50 copay and takes like an hour or two compared to ER

would that only be temporarily relief ? Because I’m almost feeling like I need to go to the ER or urgent care. I’ve had these migraines for more than 20 days now… I’m very concerned

I go to urgent care frequently. Ask for the Toradol cocktail. 👍
