Feeling Frustrated and Angry with Myself

I'm the same. I have a good social life now, a local community I'm a part of, I'm technically never better, my job is great too, but I still feel like nobody gives a shit about me or respects me or cares about what I want and nobody ever will.

I understand that 100%, I've felt the same off and on for years. Right now I have an exciting new job that treats me well and pays well too, I have a stable living situation with people who care about me, I have the best medical care I've had yet and I still feel like shit.. it gets very frustrating and exhausting, yeah. Everyone around me says to look at the wonderful things and how much better I'm doing but I just feel so down still... my body has been flaring up a lot lately which doesn't help. But yeah, I get that and I'm so sorry you're struggling with that too
