Does anyone ever feel like they don’t want to go into town in general and just want to stay on there property all the time… just cause u don’t want to deal with the outside world..? I just feel so overwhelmed all the time I don’t want to be around people much and it’s not just strangers it’s also family and friends..I don’t want to hang out with anyone or do anything anymore..I just feel so done with pretty much everything.. Idk if this is normal or if there’s something really wrong..I would very much appreciate advice or different perspectives.
