Do You Get Anxiety from Staying Indoors?

Does anybody get anxiety for staying indoors a lot? Like I need to go outside and do something. There are times that I want to relax and do nothing but when I do I feel like I gotta move around or be around people.

      I can relate! Usually this then leads to me spending money which is frustrating. One thing that's helped me is pick a hobby that I can turn to when I feel like that - something also relaxing but I also enjoy so I can check both boxes

      No. I'm the opposite. I get anxiety being around people.

        @SalineTurnip it's weird because when I am around people I'll be fine for a bit then if there are too many people around me my anxiety goes up. If I am somewhere like a game, concert or fair it can get to me. I try not to let it take over me. It's hard.

      I know how you feel, I’ve felt that strongly before. What helped me break that fog was going for a walk to the corner store or around the block. Focus on 10 things far away and their details. If you’re dealing with strong emotions due to a break-up or loneliness, call one of your parents and go for a walk. Or go outside and water the plants
