I'm extremely sorry to hear you are going through this! I myself can relate. A lot of people experience this when their depression is bad. Do you need to talk?

i dunno why for you specifically but i just wanted to say you're not alone me too at this point im basically just tearing shit up repeatedly praying that one of the wounds become a skin infection which kills me, maybe it's something similar?
I’m so sorry you feel that way. I can’t relate because i’ve never thought of self harm, but i have definitely thought of suicide unfortunately. I think you probably feel out of touch with yourself and ashamed or not proud to be you. I may not know who you are, but please know that NO one deserves that… especially to do it to yourself. The world is bad enough and will hurt enough… you are the only one that can give yourself happiness guaranteed. I know it’s hard, but you gotta keep going and working at it even if its baby steps. Don’t give up. I don’t know your story but i know everyone is worth a second chance and forgiving themselves / being there for themselves ❤️
