Relapse after almost 50 days clean from self harm

I feel you! I was about 2yrs clean but some self-hate got the worst of me in November. It happens! I don’t think it’s anything to be ashamed over either! Find the little things in life that make life feel happier. For me it’s my pets.

I was over a year clean and relapsed after my roommates got mad about some coffee and started calling me some awful names. It happens, and it's nothing to be ashamed over!

I am 41 years old and feel like I am too old to do this, but after years and a super bad episode where I couldn’t get my crying and emotions under control I did too. I am disgusted with myself but just have to move forward and not continue.

This actually happened to me today too.. I hadn't actually harmed myself in years but I have a really bad anxiety, depressive episode and self harmed :( It happens and we just have to be patient with ourselves, but it is hard..
