      I find that if I get bad rest or eat too much sugar, I’m much more prone to that feeling too! I also needed to start antidepressants because that feeling was here and never left 24/7. if it lingers, that could be something to look into if you’re not on one already.

      it might not have a logical link, it could simply be chemical. possibly drug abuse or lack of something (sleep, vitamins, etc.) that’s causing a chemical imbalance- releasing too much anxiety/paranoia chemicals

      same, half the time there isn’t a reason i just feel constantly anxious
