Sudden Anxiety Attack

I'm that way 24-7

Sometimes, I will have these random bursts of anxiousness and panic. I always thought there had to be a specific reason. Then I found out that it runs in my family and it’s genetic. Sometimes, anxiety and panic doesn’t have a specific trigger, it just happens. The thing to remember is that your not dying, and just like any other feeling such as sadness, anger, or happiness, it will pass. Wishing you the best of luck
