I feel so defeated by my anxiety right now. I'm constantly searching for something that helps. I take meds, I take supplements, I smoke weed as well; but tonight I had the worst anxiety attack so far because of all the pressure built up on me mentally due to my job. I don't know what to do. I feel so helpless, does anyone have any recommendations?
