the past few weeks have been extremely tough dealing with my sever anxiety and depression. I feel like a fish out of water I can't breathe I can't think I can't sleep. I've tried meditation, working myself so hard to the point of exhaustion idk what else to do.

      I know it's an impossible feeling. Keep with the meditation exercises and journaling. Work hard, but maybe not to the point of complete exhaustion. It will ease at some point, even though it may be more than a month. Radical acceptance that this is how it is right now, and not stressing about having to fix right now may help. It may also be worth going in for a med adjustment.
