My body is freezing cold. I’ve heated up rice packs and tried warming up by the space heater but nothing seems to be working, could this be related to my anxiety? I also seem to be trembling. Though I’m not sure why. My stomach is also in knots. So I do feel anxious. But is that what’s causing the chill?
