Feeling Alone and Suicidal

please don't inflict harm upon yourself, i met a clinician who told me "don't feed your disorder & hurt your body, but feed your body & hurt your disorder", you are a gift that mother nature & all it's various vibrations created & when they did create i remind you that all the gods (which may or may not exist) sang in joy along w/their servants, i can gather that you're going through so much & i know it's very difficult when it gets bad it takes a toll on you, im proud of you for persevering through what you have, & you don't have to be okay, ever, you just need to be here suffering w/the rest of us assholes, we are not broken, just bent, i wish you the best 🖤
