Has anybody else noticed that the eyes defocusing thing happens more often when intrusive thoughts and depression are worse, sometimes to the point of uncontrollable defocusing?

I do for sure… I actually started hearing Heartaches by Al Bowly now lol Sometimes I even feel compelled to put it on and dissociate further
I struggle with my eyes defocusing, but I never considered that it could have something to do with my mental health.
