Dealing with lingering mental health symptoms

I have gotten so much better last few months. But the odd vision and dissociation is still there not severe but there. I keep overthinking it and letting it bother me. How do I stop the constant attention I give it??

I’m in the same boat. My vision is still not what it was with blurry feels and things feeling artificial, but I fear things less. Just when I feel I’m watching myself and realise “woah I’m a person” that’s where I really struggle

I think time is really the best thing which sucks, allowing our brain to see we’re not in danger
