Coping with Depression: Tips and Tricks

I try to surround myself around my kids, which is hard. Teens in all. Music, or just plain crying. And most of all "JUST BREATH" it's a tatt of mine where I don't forget.

I usually curl up in a bunch of blankets, get cozy with a book and have candles lite and hope for a better tomorrow. I also make sure I take my meds the next day.
