hello, my name is Victoria I'm 30 years old from Ohio. my anxiety sent me to the e.r. today because it kept saying something was wrong with .y heart but all the test came back fine. How do you guys calm your mind sometimes?

I usually either drive to the nearest fire department or call 911 and just talk to the operator all while practicing my breathing. I've only had an ambulance come to my house once that was after the drugs didn't work. And I've only driven to the emergency room twice. But only when I start to feel like I can't handle it anymore.
