Honestly, if I mess something up I always tend to cry, like everything has to be perfect, but I know it's not and doesn't have to be, but it still hurts when messing up. I've been trying to lessen the blow, but it always spikes super high. Any way to help combat it other than medication?

      i think i would observe the emotion and let it ride through, not being harsh to yourself for feeling that way but understanding/forgiving. and perhaps doing something that calms you, like a hot shower or a walk
