I am struggling with my emotions at the moment and it seems that when my emotions are not up and down I am incredibly stressed. I wish there was a solution to all of life’s problems but sadly it isn’t that simple

I'm so sorry to hear that. Only advice I can offer is what I've personally experienced: 1. Get the correct diagnosis and meds (helped loads for me) 2. Therapy (being able to talk it out and learning coping techniques) Like you said, it's never simple and it needs a lot of effort and work sometimes, even I still struggle but at least it has become much better for me.
