has any system experienced barely ever being about to tell who you are for months on end? before this it was a lot easier to tell whos fronting and communication with eachother and everything was going okay, but for the last several months its like we made negative progress theres just a constant state of identity confusion and increased dissociation (we cant bring this up to our therapist because shes very dismissive about the whole system thing and has given questionable advice)
