Tips for getting an accurate EDS diagnosis

I also vote for a geneticist. From talking to friends in the UK, it really depends on where you are, but in the USA a genetic test will either definitively diagnose an EDS type or rule out all but hEDS, helping get a diagnosis via process of elimination. Some pain specialists and rheumatologists also have expert knowledge and can clinically diagnose hEDS. I’d still get into genetics asap!
