Dealing with Costochondritis in EDS

I have had issues with it for many years. When mine flares, I use heat and pain relief gels/creams. Voltaren helps slightly, but I like ones that have lidocaine in them better. I also do side bends to stretch my ribs. I have heard others say that yoga helps, but I have not tried it. Search "yoga for costochondritis," and several suggestions should come up. I hope this helps.
