Suffering from Chest Pains - Searching for Answers

i was wondering, does anyone suffer from chest pains? i suffer from really bad chest pains that get worse when i get stressed or exercise. when it first started doctors diagnosed me with asthma which was proven incorrect a few years later. then a heart doctor proposed it was costocondritus (hope i spelled that right) but no other doctors will say its that because 'it doesn't last for years'. the only other possiblity i've been given is that its irritation on my chest due to my JHS. it really bothers me that i have no concrete answer for it. it mostly just exists. we've ruled out that its heart related but thats about it.

i get really bad pain in my chest/rib area and have also recently discovered that it is due to my hypermobility. lidocaine patches, ibuprofen, heat, and (of all things) arthritis cream helps me manage my pain. mine is not due to costochondritis, so im not sure if they will be as helpful for you, but i hope that everything goes well!

Yes! I got this same diagnosis when I overdid while running on a treadmill a couple months ago - Costochondritis. My HR was elevated and it was painful and took a long time of alternating NSAIDs, ice, and heat to be healed. I’m still afraid to run or jog though!

Yes I suffer from chest pain as well. My bet is that it’s because of my hyper mobility
