      Are you using a steroid ointment or cream on your eczema? Steroids can cause insomnia.

      I am taking celery juice and probiotics and it has helped me !! They say that eczema is caused by a bad macrobiotic

      I used to have sleeping problems waking up periods throughout the night because the heat would cause my eczema to act up. I find that putting some lotion like aveeno works and covering up the spot we’re it’s irritated

      I do sleep for only 5 hours. But I moreso have eczema in my ears. Going to see a skin specialist in July.
