Need advice on eating and nutrient absorption

Look into your gut health you have blockage is there another absorbing and you have to have your glands tested to see if how your liver and your pancreas are doing because they’re not absorbing nutrients either you may need to gently very gently detox your system you may have medication‘s or tension blockers that are not allowing your body to absorb in it all and it has to do with your condition where you live type of water you drink and how old you are and how long you’ve had your diabetes take all that into consideration and that will help you find a better

Nothing found so far but have been dealing with the pain, inability to eat regularly, and severe diarrhea for years. Been through endoscopies, Colonoscopies, upper GIs and much more with any result. Switched to full vegetarian diet and nothing. Can't keep weight off but can't gain any nutritional values either. It's odd. Confusing. Scary.😥

Having the same problem, my doc has been no help so far. Have you had your thyroid checked recently? Any lumps around your throat? Begnin throat tumors are common in women our ages, that's what I suspect is up with me but I'm waiting on referrals.
