I'm seeing a pattern with my time flares. a flare with fever starts like 10 days before my period and I'll have other symptoms, like mouth sores, up until about a week after. anyone else seeing a pattern like that? I'm also triggered by stress.

Yes. I only had 3 decent days a month. So I had my ovaries removed at 34. Wasn't worth the flares.

Yeah hormones definitely have a major impact on the body's systems they are the chemical messengers that tell the body what to do and each of them give a lot of different messages in different parts of the body. I use the Flo app to help track my cycle so I can be better prepared and treat myself appropriately for what my current needs are.
I experience different symptoms during my flares but I definitely have noticed a pattern around my period and my flare ups. Stress is another trigger of mine as well. When you think about it they can definitely overlap due to the strain your period can potentially put on your body. I try and keep good track of my cycle so I can at least avoid being blindsided
