Menstrual Flares: Anyone Else Experience This?

When do you have flare ups? For some reason I tend to get flares before my period and then consistently 3 days after my period ends. Has this happened to anyone else?

From ovulation through the end of my period and then a few “bonus” days. I get a 7-10 window where I get a break.

My flares are usually before and during my period. Maybe you should let your doctor know about it if it's a new pain.
