Dealing with Flares During Periods

I usually get into really bad flares while i’m on my period. Just started and my cramps are worse than ever and i know a flare is about to hit. Any tips for dealing with flares??

I also feel a worsening of symptoms during my period. My doctor told me that it's common for women to experience more severe symptoms while on their period. My POTS is normally under control except during my period, I still haven't found a way to manage my symptoms during those days.
