whenever I cry, my parents get mad at me and yell at me, but then I start crying even more because they're yelling at me, and then they get more mad and when I try to explain that to them, they get more mad. it seems like sometimes they forget that I have issues controlling my emotions, it feels like sometimes they're just like "why are you being so sensitive? why are you being so dramatic? why are you so angry?" and sometimes when I get upset about tiny things they start laughing. they care about me they're great parents it just seems like sometimes they forget that I have trouble sometimes with my emotions.

I'm have similar things with my parents. My problem when I have outbursts it's because they haven't been listening to me in the first place. Then I get in trouble. Then I just disassociate and don't speak. Im 30 and it still happens and since im a person who quit my almost 9 years working at a job, and trying something new and physically couldn't all while being mentally burnt out. So jobless, no insurance, moved back in with my parents and only still spiraling. And it's holiday time and I always relapse into hurting myself this time of year.
