I don't even know what a proper sized meal is. I don't think I eat enough cus I'm always hungry but I don't wanna over eat. Water does not help.

I understand that, I have no idea how much to eat either. I’m seeing a nutritionist, but in the meantime my therapist did something really helpful. We talked about different foods I eat, and talked about how much would be considered binging. For example, almonds are what keep me going but I’m scared of eating too many so I normally stop at 5 or 10. He told me that 20 isn’t binging, and if it turns out it is, he takes full responsibility. He took the responsibility off of me and onto himself. I think finding a good therapist would be really helpful!
