Struggling with Birth Control and Painful Periods

I was put on the junel 1/20 from a previous gynecologist and was told to take it daily and not skip any and that was 6 years ago but the gynecologist I have been with for a couple of years has decided not to keep refilling it and I can't use other methods because I am not allowed to put nothing inside me or use the pills because I am allergic to the pills and shots and there was a reason the doctor put me on that 6 years ago it's because my periods were so hard to deal with and I wasn't allowed to get pregnant within my first year after gastric sleeve surgery. but the periods mainly because they were so painful I would cry and double over and now because the gynecologist don't want to refill my junel I am having periods again and hurtful. I have been told that because I was molested at age 9 years old I couldn't have kids but I have faith and know there are miracles and I have gotten pregnant before but ectopic pregnancy and misscarried so I don't want to give up. but not sure what I should do.
