Struggling with Endometriosis Treatment

I’m at my wits end. What is everyone doing for there endometriosis? The last few birth control pills and the patch make me too sick to stand it. I’m really scared. I don’t want the IUD bc I hear it hurts and if shit goes badly it can make you infertile and I feel like I’d be constantly worried that something’s wrong. Idk if I can have children but I’m not ready for a hysterectomy. I’m so scared. Everything so far messes with my mental health and stomach too much.

I had excision done, got on norethindrone, started gabapentin. Now I’m doing really well. Definitely look into excision surgery and pelvic pain management

Have you tried going off any form of hormonal birth control? I’m not sure if that’s an option for you. I’m off birth control now and it’s not easy but I’m learning to manage it. Otherwise, I would keep trying different pills - even though I know that’s frustrating too! I was on Seasonique for quite a few years and only got my period every 3 months which was lovely given my endo pain. Gemmily is the other pill that has worked well for me. 💕
