Dealing with IC and Chronic Periods: Seeking Advice

I have IC along with chronic periods... my IC sadly flares up so painfully with periods and I've been bleeding for about 4 months straight. 🙃 I've tried multiple birth controls. my doctor suggested IUD or the implant but I've heard so many risky things with those. I don't want kids ever. I'm scared about having more genital type pain as I do everyday of my life. my sister had her IUD fall out 5 times. and the implant I heard can cause blood clots from getting dislodged. I kinda want an endometrial ablation and eventual hysterectomy. anyone with experience with those?

Normally, I would caution against a hysterectomy but this sounds drastic! If you're uncomfortable with an IUD or implant, that's pergectly fine. You know your body best.
