Just had therapy. She had a pretty good idea that I'm going to try. I'm sure we've all been told to journal but truth is I really struggle with Journaling between not knowing what to write and then feeling silly for writing the things I do write it's just hard for me to do, especially consistently. So the idea was taking a daily affirmation and Journaling about what comes to mind with that affirmation. It provides direction and I can look at it more as a question to answer which is somehow easier for my brain. Anyway I hope everyone has a good day and if you want to give this a shot I encourage it! I can post the daily affirmations I use if anyone wants to join in too!? Let me know:)
