Anything I start having a negative thought I immediately start saying affirmations & mantras in my head.. take deep breathe as well.

when i'm having a hard time with that i usually just write them down. i usually use my computer for this and writing all my thoughts out and organizing them is a good way for me to get everything out and calm myself down in the process
