I wish I had a co-host so I didn’t have to be in the front all the time. Don’t get me wrong, I’m very grateful that I get to live a very normal life for being part of a system. But sometimes it gets exhausting, and it sucks not being able to switch on my own terms. I don’t even have access to our inner world. But nobody else has any desire to handle outter world stuff. It’s just me up here.

In my experience, communication is key. Communicating your wants and needs to your system puts the ball in their court then it is their choice what move they make. This doesn't sound like a very good team is what i'm saying. They may be functional for protection but hosting all the time is taking a toll in your mental health. A more equal distribution of roles might be needed :). Just a thought, though.
