has anyone ever dissociated so much that they literally can't read or understand numbers or letters? like shit just got deleted from my brain and everything feels fuzzy 😂

      @jellyforspongebob it starts to sound like Klingon until I try to "tune in" my ears so I can understand the language. Is it dissociation? It happens when I'm overstimulated and can't focus.

      sometimes i’ll put closed captions on for something and either the written words or spoken words will sound/look like something i cant understand but they’re both the same words

      idk if this is dissassociation but i will not regonize my own language which is english. people will talk to me and it will sound like a forgein language
