Struggling with Communication During Flare-Ups

Does anyone else have trouble talking, writing or reading on weeks that their conditions are worse? I feel like I can never think of words to say or speak when I’m stressed. Like my sentences randomly don’t make sense and sound choppy whether spoken or typed. I also seem to have more trouble reading out loud and tend to miss reading words on pages. Not sure what to do about this.

I relate to this hardcore. Sometimes I'm dissacossiating because of my dp/dr and I feel like I'm in a fog and cant think clearly, but other times when that condition isn't bothering me and my brain is at peak performance I still feel a severe disconnect between my brain and my lips. I'd be fine with it if other people could understand, but they expect me to answer a question immediately and stuff. I dont know what to do about it either, but please be kind to yourself. It's alright to struggle with this sort of thing sometimes. (Or all the time)

I don't have the prob with talking but I do with thinking writing or typing... I've been trying to find ways to make money online but it seems like I can't retain information or concentrate enough to understand how to do the things I've looked up...

Yes I have this issue too. For me it feels like my brain is kinda split between past traumas and the present and so it can be so hard to communicate thoughtfully.
