Struggling to Understand My Mental Health Diagnosis

I was diagnosed with BPD and Bipolar by two separate doctors at two separate times. I'm struggling to understand if my symptoms are from BPD, Bipolar, both, or neither; and from one of my other conditions

Hi, so sorry for replying so late, but I talked to a new psychiatrist and he said I likely don't have Bipolar. He said I don't experience episodes for a long enough time to be considered bipolar

BPD is more of a cluster where as bipolar is just very intense highs and lows
