Has anyone ever had times where they are speaking to someone and then suddenly feel like what they are saying isn’t comprehendible, or like they can’t understand themselves suddenly? It’s so weird to try and describe but it’ll get so hard to talk at these random times because I can’t understand myself anymore and get anxious I’m not actually speaking correctly because I can’t understand what I’m trying to say anymore

I get this way, where i feel like my words are wrong or off and that im not speaking english. I also sometimes process others words like this too. I assume it may be related to my adhd, and brainfog mixed together. I was also told i have dyslexia recently, but i honestly doubt i have it so dont really count that. But if im wrong and do have it i wonder if its related as well.

Yes, also when I’m trying to describe something to someone and I’m thinking “did I leave out this big piece of information that is crucial to making what I’m saying make sense”

@Llody exactly, I’ll feel like I’m speaking pure gibberish and not even actual English anymore. I wondered if it could have been related to dissociation, because I have a severe dissociative disorder but I also don’t really know where it actually comes from either
